This privacy policy applies to the Seasonal Inspirations app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Friedrich GmbH (collectively, the “Application”). Friedrich GmbH is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data (such as your ephemeral IP address) may be transmitted only as necessary to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained by the Service Provider and is not used for tracking.
Location
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Third parties
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data collected by the Application is shared with third parties.
We do not retain app-user personal data.
The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side store of personal information collected from normal use of the Application because the Application does not collect such information in the first place.
Any ephemeral technical information required for ordinary network communication is not retained by the Service Provider for tracking, profiling, or analytics purposes.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider outside the Application, any information you choose to provide is handled only as needed to respond to your request and is not treated as app-usage data.
There is no collected app data to delete.
Because the Application does not collect or retain personal information through normal use, there is no Service Provider database of app-user personal data that requires deletion.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device. If you separately and voluntarily provided information to the Service Provider by email or another direct communication channel, you may request deletion of that voluntarily provided information by contacting dietmacholz@gmail.com.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no app-level personal data collection to opt out of. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data is minimal. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it may hold outside normal app use.
Data breach notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting app-user personal data is minimal. If a breach affects information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be made as required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated policy together with a revised effective date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy may be requested from the Service Provider.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
